| Remember those days when your grandmother still had the time to spend an entire afternoon in the kitchen, making mouthwatering dishes? Pika's Farm Table, a family business with a Belgian soul, wants to bring back those good old days of delicious aromas, recreating the cozy meals of our past.
In 2002, we started a line of gourmet quiches, prepared from my grandmother's recipe and set up a table at the local farmers market. Soon we had a loyal following of customers, who just like us, enjoy good healthful food, but do not always have the time to prepare a meal from scratch. Emboldened by the success of the Quiches, we soon expanded Pika's Farm Table to include:
* a line of Quiches and Vegetable Tarts,
* Old Fashioned Summer and Winter Soups,
* Delicious Ovendishes and Gratins,
* Gluten Free Appetizers (Risotto Cakes)
* Nut Free Basil Pesto,.......other foods that we both lovingly remember savoring in the kitchens of our grandmothers....
