| We wanted to bring our quiches and tarts to market, only if we could guarantee the same freshness as in our home kitchen. All our foods are handmade from scratch, using only fresh, and if the season allows us, local ingredients. In order to avoid the use of preservatives, we flashfreeze the quiches and tarts. All you have to do, is pop the frozen quiche/tart in the oven and relax, while the aromas fill your house! (heating instructions are included)

The difference between our Tarts & Quiches. The main ingredients of the quiches are Eggs, Cheese, Heavy Cream and Butter... The Tarts have still the same quiche custard but to a lesser degree because the main ingredient are vegetables More than 1 lb of vegetables in the vegetable tarts. According to many, the best there is!!!

1. Alsacienne with Bacon In Lorraine and Alsace, this quiche is not just a brunch dish, but serious food. This savory dish is punctuated by marvelous contrasts: a flaky crust, an egg/milk/cheese custard, crisp salty bacon and savory herbs. How to serve? Serve the Quiche Alsacienne with a red, chilled Beaujolais wine like a Brouilly. Make a mesclun salad and toss with a vinaigrette made of your finest olive oil, some fresh crushed lemon thyme leaves and fresh lemon juice. | |

| 2. Mushroom Cilantro Quiche w. Red Bell Peppers
A succulent tart... marinated white mushrooms in the best olive oil, and a light egg batter, in our to-die-for crust! This combination will delight vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
How to serve? Toss arugula salad with hazelnut oil and red wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper and serve with a heavy Bordeaux wine like a Saint Emilion or Pomerol. | |

3. Tuscany Quiche with Prosciutto, Portabello Mushrooms and Sundried Tomatoes Even in Winter times we bring the Mediterranean to your table! Prosciutto, portabello mushrooms and sundried tomatoes scented with some rosemary will transfer you to the sun kissed Tuscan Hills... How to serve? Slice tomatoes, a red onion and toss in olive oil with pepper, salt and tarragon vinegar. Add some fresh cut tarragon leaves and chill in the refrigerator. Make a salad mixture of watercress and baby spinach leaves and put a spoonful of the tomato/onion mixture on top right before serving. Serve with some Italian red wine like Barolo from the Piedmont hills. | |

4. Spinach and Goat Cheese Quiche This marriage has proven to be a strong one! Loved by our daughter, it is a perfect way to have her eat that spinach. How to serve? This quiche is best served with some Boston lettuce. Toss it with tiny little chunks of celery and walnuts. Put olive oil, a ripe pear, pepper and salt and herbes de Provence in a food processor and puree until smooth. Pour over the salad right before serving. We prefer to drink a chilled rose Loire wine with this quiche, try a Rose d'Anjou and you will remember this dinner for a long time. | |

5. Atlantic Smoked Salmon and Leek Quiche
Salmon with leek, capers, mustard and a mousseline sauce. A classic bistro dish turned into a mouthwatering experience!
How to serve? This is an ideal brunch quiche. Combine anchovies, capers, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, cream cheese, a little bit of mustard, fresh parsley and some light olive oil in a food processor until smooth. Pour this mixture over a mesclun salad right before serving. Open a bottle of white Loire wine like Vouvray. Try to find the light sparkling version of it, it's a hard find but well worth the search. | |
